Scores with precise data

VMS efficiency tab shows three widgets with the following information:

• VMS efficiency (A): in the example, the scoring is 50 out of 100.

  This widget presents the an average of the individual values per robot.

• Low performing VMS (B): in the example, the scoring is 1 out of 2.

  This widget presents the number of VMS milking stations with a score below 50.

• VMS with a dropdown higher than 10%, (C): in the below example, 0 of 2.

  This widget presents the number of VMS milking stations that have dropped their score more than 10 points from comparing with the average of the last 7 days.

In the table, under the widgets there are columns with more details:

• VMS (D): the VMS unit names fetched from DelPro FarmManager

• VMS efficiency (E): value from 0 to 100

• Average last 7 days (F): average efficiency score in last 7 days

• Remark (G): factor that should be addressed to improve the performance. Based on the score, a remark is generated to indicate the main factor that can improve performance. The VMS Efficiency remarks can be:

  • Harvesting flow

  • Incompletes

  • Teat Not Found

  • Kick-offs

  • Stop Alarm
