Accessing and acting on alerts through the Alerts smartphone application
The procedure herein describes how you access and act on alerts through the Alerts smartphone application.
Open the Alerts application on your smartphone and log in.
If you have more than one farm connected to your customer account, select the farm from the list.
Tap the tabs in the alert list to view Active or Confirmed alerts

Tap an alert to view its details.
➜A page opens with details of the alert.
When you receive an alert:
Immediately stop your current activity and check the for problem cause.
Read relevant instructions dedicated to the service or system sending the alarm
Continue
If you want to confirm an active alert, tap Confirm in the alert details page.
➜The alert is confirmed and is moved to the Confirmed list for all users at the farm.
