What's New? DeLaval Plus features updates Week 17 - 2025
Hello! 🌎
We're pleased to introduce the following updates to DeLaval Plus and its related applications.
🚀What's new for you?
This release brings great news: We have a new BioSensor empowered by DeLaval Plus: DeLaval BioSensors Milk Cell Analysis (MCA) is now available in most countries in EMEA.
MCA monitors the udder health of a cow using advanced optical technology to count somatic cells in milk, and it integrates with all VMS™ V300 milking robots.
This highly accurate BioSensor enables early detection of mastitis, even in the absence of visible signs (subclinical mastitis). This allows you to make informed decisions and take preventive measures to maintain udder health.
With a DeLaval Plus Management service, you can access the MCA insights on the cow level; data is presented through WebViews in FarmManager. This insightful herd health analysis, part of DeLaval Plus Analyses, can be accessed in the Health Performance application.
Health Performance update for all farms!
We are also excited to tell you that all farms with an active DeLaval Plus Health Performance application subscription will soon have access to the Treatments and Diagnoses tab, regardless of whether they have the Herd Navigator 100 or 500 installed.
Alerts – Driving More Value for Our Users🚨
We’ve rolled out a series of improvements to the Alerts application, bringing both clarity and control to our Alert users.
The built version is now aligned with the WebView version, making the tracking and debugging much easier.
You’ll also notice that the native app version now correctly appears in WebView—no more guesswork!
For improved user experience and accuracy, the “Confirm” button is now disabled for users without the proper permissions, helping avoid accidental confirmations.
The "Do Not Disturb" flag now deactivates automatically once the selected time expires.
We have also fine-tuned the timestamp calculations to reflect the farm’s time zone, ensuring alerts are displayed in the correct local time.
I hope you enjoy these great news!
