Reasons for Excluded Cows

Reasons for a cow to be excluded from the Disease risk list:

• More than 24 hours since the last milking: Cows must have at least 1 milking every 24 hours.

• Not enough milkings available: Cows must have at least four milkings. New cows to the milking system will take about two days to have enough data to run a disease risk prediction.

• Milking data is not complete: Cows' data is incomplete, for example, there is no conductivity data available. If this occur often, please contact your DeLaval representative.

• Invalid calving date: Check the cow's calving date on DelPro FarmManager and correct it if necessary.
