Introduction to Alerts
Alerts is an optional application in your DeLaval Plus account that helps you identify when a situation at your farm requires attention. The application sends you both alarms and warnings. You access and act on the alerts either through the dedicated Alerts smartphone application or through the application in DeLaval Plus. With icons and text, the alert tells you its severity and from what area or device on your farm it origins.
You can individually schedule all users that are invited to your farm in DeLaval Plus to receive alerts. The schedules for the users are created through the Alerts application in your DeLaval Plus account. You can also create alert profiles that monitor alerts that originate from certain areas, systems or devices at your farm. With the schedules and profiles assigned to the users in your farm, the users receive only the alerts they need during their working hours. If no one is scheduled to receive alerts, then all alarms are forwarded to the farm owner.
The Alerts application aims for consistency in the daily milking of your animals and to notify you when critical changes occur on your farm. The application also helps you to understand what areas, systems or devices experience issues over time.
